The Leadership Development Team exists to support and encourage church leaders as they grow both spiritually and practically in their roles. We believe strong leadership begins with a deep and growing relationship with the Lord, and from that foundation, leaders are better equipped to serve their churches with clarity, wisdom, and purpose.
Through training opportunities, mentorship, and shared experiences, we come alongside pastors, staff, and volunteers to help them develop the skills needed for effective ministry. Whether leading a congregation, serving in a specific ministry area, or stepping into a new role, our goal is to provide encouragement, guidance, and resources that help leaders grow with confidence and remain faithful to their calling.
